Director of Performance Improvement

Ollie is in charge of making sure we’re continuously building strong client relationships and delivering the best service. When Ollie’s not working, you’ll find him pushing his Peloton bike to the limit, renovating his next house or eating at the latest fine dining restaurant.

Neil Barratt

Business Development Manager

Neil is your go to guy if you want to learn more about Neon and how we can help your business. He loves building relationships and looking for new business opportunities. Neil loves having a good natter and brightens up the room with his good sense of humour and sharp wit.

Gary Atkin

Director of Product & Strategy

Gary's responsible for all things product and business strategy. Day to day you'll find him talking to clients about our latest developments and programmes. Outside of work Gary is “kind of a big deal” due to one of his Instagram guitar posts reaching 10k plus views…

Product Manager

Ciaran works closely with our development team to ensure all technical aspects of our programmes are running effectively and efficiently behind the scenes. At the weekend you’ll find Ciaran at a West Ham game or updating his fantasy football team. 

Guy Wintgens

Creative Designer

Guy is the talent behind this website! Using his exceptional skills he designs and builds everything from campaign communications and marketing assets to website/app UX/UIs. In his spare time, Guy loves to play golf, print 3D models and feast on McDonald's.

Lydia Giles

Account Manager

Lydia manages one of our automotive PI programmes. She prides herself on building concrete relationships with clients and writing effective comms to push campaigns. In her spare time, you’ll find Lydia backpacking, reading and practising yoga.

Rhys Thomas

Senior Account Manager

Rhys manages three of our biggest client accounts. He’s always striving to deliver fantastic service and come up with imaginative incentive ideas to drive performance. When Rhys isn’t at his laptop, he’s usually playing football or booking his next adventure. 

Ashleigh Markham

Account Manager

Ashleigh has over 10 year’s experience in the travel and events industry and works closely with Laura to create exciting and memorable events for our clients. Ashleigh is from South Africa and loves to travel, socialise with friends and spend time with her family.

MacKenzie Allen

Account Executive

Mackenzie works across most of our accounts assisting with queries, comms, fulfilment and reward ideas. Outside of work, you’ll find Mackenzie wowing people with her voice at an open mic night, thinking up her next business idea, or planning a girls’ night out.

In 2020 we acquired brand and engagement specialists, FMI Agency. FMI is owned by Neon and is an award-winning brand engagement agency. They deliver bespoke and innovative solutions for global brands through brand engagement programmes, incentives, and events. They are a dynamic, agile and experienced team who build long-term relationships with clients by delivering creativity, impact and ROI. In certain cases, the Neon and FMI teams collaborate to deliver incentive and event solutions.
