Founded in 2001, Neon is a vibrant specialist agency based in Oxfordshire, UK. We help businesses and their employees improve their performance in sales, service, learning and engagement, through industry leading employee engagement programmes, sales and channel incentive solutions, and travel and event services.

Tracey is a fully qualified independent adviser who has access to thousands of lenders and the associated products such as insurances, enabling her to provide clients with the best and most suitable products for them.

Tracey runs the business, and works with Sharon in managing the administration.

Sharon joined Clearwater Financial Solutions in September 2013, supporting Lisa with all mortgage and insurance administration, and liaising with clients. She has over 15 years experience working in the finance and banking industry, and uses her knowledge to offer excellent service to our clients and support to the team.
